We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time orders. If you are not satisfied with your first order of any product, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

VIP Rewards Membership

Kova VIP Rewards includes a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before your free trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial, your membership renews automatically at $39.95 per month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@kovanutrition.co. To avoid the next monthly charge, please cancel before your renewal date. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once billed, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
